This document outlines the limitations of our product warranty and is designed to protect both the consumer and **Custom Bike Supplies, Inc.**
Important Legal Disclaimers (Read Before Purchase)
As our products are primarily for custom and show applications, we must clearly define their intended use:
- Non-DOT Approved: None of the products distributed by Custom Bike Supplies is **DOT (Department of Transportation) approved**.
- Intended Use: All Custom Bike Supplies’ products are for **custom applications** and are intended strictly as dressing material for **show display or for off-road use** only.
- User Responsibility: It is the **sole responsibility of the user** to determine the suitability of the products sold by Custom Bike Supplies for their specific use and to check that our parts and accessories do not violate the laws of their state or country.
- Liability Assumption: The user shall assume **all legal, personal injury risk and liability, and all other obligations and risks** associated with the use and installation of our products.
Installation and Modification Warnings
To ensure proper function and avoid voiding your warranty, please adhere to these strict requirements:
- Professional Installation: All products must be installed and maintained **only by legitimate motorcycle businesses** or certified professionals.
- Factory Warranty: The installation of our parts may **void your factory warranty** with the original motorcycle manufacturer.
- Test Fitting: We strongly recommend that the customer **test fit all products before any modification, painting, or permanent installation.**
- Gas Tank Precaution: We strongly recommend that all gas tanks be **fitted, pressure tested, and sealed before painting** in order to eliminate potential problems.
We **will not accept for return** any product that has been damaged or modified for improper installation.
Limitations of Guarantee
Our formal guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of defective products only, and excludes any incidental costs.

Custom Bike Supplies, Inc. will not be held responsible for incidental damages arising from or in connection with the use of any part sold by Custom Bike Supplies, Inc.
