Shipping & Freight Policy
Domestic USA Shipping
All orders within the contiguous United States will be shipped via **UPS Ground** as the standard service.
- Standard Service: UPS Ground
- Faster Options: Air freight is available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote on expedited air service.
International Shipping
- Overseas Orders: All international and overseas orders are shipped via air freight.
- Duties and Taxes: Shipping costs do not include any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the **sole responsibility of the customer** upon delivery.
Freight Claims and Liability
We carefully inspect, package, and document all our products before they leave our facility to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Once the shipment is picked up by the carrier (UPS, Air Freight, etc.), the title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
The Customer’s Responsibility for Claims
- Damage or Loss: All claims for loss or damage **must be made by the customer directly to the freight carrier** (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or the international air freight company).
- Our Liability: **Custom Bike Supplies, Inc. is not responsible for damages or loss incurred during shipping.**
Action Required: If your package arrives damaged, you must document the damage immediately (take photos) and contact the carrier within the reporting window to file a claim.
