Returns Policy
At Custom Bike Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom parts. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Eligibility and Timeframe
- Time Limit: All claims for returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Authorization Required: All returns must have written authorization from Custom Bike Supplies, Inc. No packages will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start the return process, please email us at sales@custombikesupplies.com or call our customer service line.
- Receive RMA: We will provide you with return instructions and an official RMA number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship: Send the authorized return, ensuring it is correctly packaged and freight prepaid (you pay the shipping cost).
Restocking Fee and Exceptions
A **20% restocking fee** will be applied to the merchandise value on all standard returns. The table below details when the fee applies.

Shipping and Liability
- Shipping Costs: All returned products must be sent **freight prepaid** by the customer.
- No C.O.D.: Absolutely **no packages will be accepted** if shipped C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) to us.
- Packaging Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for properly packaging the products. **Custom Bike Supplies, Inc. is not responsible for products damaged during the return shipment due to improper or inadequate packaging.**
Refunds
For all eligible returns, a **full refund** (minus the applicable 20% restocking fee if it is a standard return) will be processed and applied back to your original payment method.
