The Nexo upside down front end is the perfect synthesis between high performance and superlative design! This unrivaled inverted front fork for Harleys is fully adjustable: compression and spring preload can be adjusted on the fork tube cap, while rebound can be adjusted on the lower legs. Fork legs feature SBK Superbike technology to deliver the best possible performance to your Harley! Nexo upside down features built-in brake-tee lines in the lower tree for a clean look and a faster installation, while for ABS Harleys it is supplied with a specific external splitter depending on the motorcycle model. The front end is pre-arranged for the OEM steering lock (except for FXR models). The radial fork bottoms, integrated into the legs, were designed with 3D CAD and FEM analysis systems for the maximum lightness and rigidity. They are made from solid billet aluminum with the latest three-dimensional 5-axis CNC machining technologies. The radial fork bottoms fit radial 108mm brake calipers with 11.5? / 11.8? / 12.6? / 13 discs and can accommodate the OEM ABS sensor. The Nexo inverted front end is available for FXRs, Dynas, Softails and V-Rods. Please note the fork kit does not include the brackets for OEM fenders. We offer a specific bolt-on real carbon fender to fit the Nexo upside down front fork, which is available in different sizes. For those who want to install a single radial brake caliper on the left side, a bottom cover is available to close the caliper fixing holes on the right side. Nexo top triple tree can accept all risers or handlebars with 3.5 / 89.1mm center to center mounting width. Technical features: stroke 120mm, length 810mm, clamps 58mm (lapped internally to reduce the friction coefficient), 46mm fork tubes treated with CVC (Laf. Diamond) for better flowability, spring rate 10 N/mm, 25mm wheel axle, top triple tree thickness is 39mm, lower triple tree thickness is 59mm. Triple tree center to center 222 mm / Caliper offset 22,5 mm / Disc center to center 140 mm. Triple tree center to center 232 mm / Caliper offset 22,5 mm / Disc center to center 150 mm. Triple tree center to center 252 mm / Caliper offset 22,5 mm / Disc center to center 170 mm.
