Placing Your Order (Domestic & General)
We prefer to communicate directly with our customers to ensure your custom order details are perfect. Use our customer support options below:

International Orders
Due to the complexities of customs and international shipping, all international orders must be **pre-paid** via bank wire transfer.
Steps for International Ordering
- Email Your Details: Please email us at sales@custombikesupplies.com with the following:
- Your full address and phone number.
- Full details for shipment.
- A list of the products, including **quantities, descriptions, and part numbers**.
- Invoice and Transfer: We will generate a Proforma Invoice, which will include the total cost (including freight), and send it to you along with our **bank wire transfer details**.
- Shipment: Once the full payment is verified, we will process and ship your order.
